Barley: Breakfast of Champions?

Maybe. At least breakfast of bed heads. After boiling up some barley to add to our lentil soup last night, I have quite a bit left over. So, at breakfast, I warmed it up, added it to yogurt and blueberries and drizzled a little honey over the top. It went over quite well the taste tester, and I felt good knowing he had a balanced breakfast in his belly before school today. Yay!
