Apple Crisp

We had the family over for my mom's birthday Sunday night. I made a super easy spinach lasagna and this delicious Maple-Walnut Apple Crisp. I mean, it was really good. And I didn't feel too bad about giving it to Graham (or eating it myself) since there was just a little brown sugar in the topping (I only used 1/4 c) and the sweetener in the apples was all natural maple syrup! I also didn't use the Rome apples the recipe calls for. I think mine were gala. This is definitely a keeper.
