Little Pizza

Kind of cute, huh? I attempted Chicago style deep dish pizza for G2 and me with the help of this recipe, but since the crust had honey (and beer) I didn't really want to give it to Graham. I know they say no honey for the first year (some say two years!). I'm not sure what the rule is on honey in baked goods and could find no definitive answer, so I skipped it (this time). So, the little pizza is actually a wheat tortilla with provolone cheese and a little drizzle of marinara. Our pizza was much better, but he didn't know the difference.
